Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Review

Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application to understand how your skills, experience and background align with the role. We aim to review applications within 5 working days, although this can vary depending on application volumes. If your experience looks like a good match, our Senior Talent Partner will be in touch to arrange an initial conversation and talk you through the opportunity in more detail.
Stage 2

Remote Talent Screen

This talent screening video call is with Monique and an opportunity for us to work out if there is a good mutual fit, talk more in depth about your experience and skills and to answer any questions you may have about the role and Sensat overall.
Stage 3

Remote Hiring Manager Interview

The Hiring Manager Interview is usually 45-60 minutes and will be a relatively high-level conversation aimed at understanding a bit more about your background, personality, skills and your interest in both Sensat and the role specifically. We can also answer any questions you may have about the role and Sensat overall.

Stage 4

Remote technical interview

Our technical interview usually lasts around 60-90 minutes and takes place via Google Meet. The format varies slightly by role but typically includes a presentation or practical exercise, based on a role-relevant scenario or previous experience. You’ll present to members of the team, followed by questions and time for you to ask your own. We’ll share the full brief and format with you beforehand so you know exactly what to expect.
Stage 5

Values interview

Our final stage is a 45-minute values interview. Depending on your location and team availability, this may take place in person or remotely via Google Meet. We will of course confirm the format with you in advance. You’ll meet members of the Sensat team to explore how your values, behaviours and ways of working align with ours. It’s also an opportunity to learn more about our culture, ask questions and get a feel for what it’s like to work at Sensat.
Stage 6

Offer

If you're successful, we'll arrange a call to discuss your offer and answer any questions you may have. We'll then send your formal offer and contract for review, giving you time to consider everything before making your decision.
Stage 7

Hired

The hired stage marks the beginning of the candidate’s journey as part of the Sensat team. New hires receive access to all relevant systems, tools, and brand resources, along with an introduction to key stakeholders and cross-functional partners. Early onboarding focuses on familiarising the employee with ongoing campaigns, marketing processes, audience profiles, and the company’s strategic objectives. Support may include training sessions, shadowing opportunities, and regular check-ins with managers to ensure a seamless transition into the role. This stage sets the foundation for impactful contributions, helping new team members feel confident, supported, and ready to participate in meaningful marketing initiatives from day one.
